I'm a private virtual yoga coach and founder of Love + Asana - a virtual yoga studio offering one-on-one sessions and workplace wellness programs. My passion is helping people reconnect to their bodies for more strength, flexibility and confidence with a personalized approach to movement & mindfulness. I truly believe whether you feel "out of shape" from persistent pain, past injuries or a stressful life change, you can feel better and live the life you want with yoga. My training includes Power Vinyasa Yoga and massage therapy with continuing education in areas of meditation, myofascial release, yoga applications for common shoulder injuries and more. I've worked with the International Headache Center to provide movement and mindfulness for migraine patients to help manage attacks based on yoga techniques that have personally helped me in my migraine experience. I'm currently in a 500-hour program through Yoga Medicine to further my expertise in helping clients improve range of motion and manage stress for happier, healthier lives.
